When you use the weighted eye pillow, you can first place it on your forehead (at the height of your third eye), after which you slide it completely over your eyes. You can then also beautifully distribute the weight or place a little more on your third eye or a little more on your eyes themselves. Feel where your need lies at that moment. Your senses will take over when you smell the wonderfully relaxing scent and feel the relaxing weight on your eyes. You relax a little more with every breath!
