With organic flaxseed, organic herbs and pure gemstones, this is a wonderful combination of relaxation and revitalization. The pillow has a removable pillowcase that you can wash. All ingredients are in a sealed bag inside the pillowcase.

When using the weighted eye pillow, you can first place it on your forehead (at the height of your third eye) and then slide it completely over your eyes. You can then distribute the weight evenly or put more on your third eye or more on your eyes themselves. Feel for yourself where your needs lie at that moment. Your senses will take over as you smell the wonderfully relaxing scent and feel the relaxing weight on your eyes. You relax a little more with every breath!
