With this wonderful weighted eye pillow, you can relax even deeper before falling asleep or during your meditation. Lovingly handcrafted by a team of enthusiastic women. With organic flaxseed, organic herbs, and pure gemstones, this is a wonderful combination of relaxation and revitalization. The pillow comes with a removable and washable pillowcase. All ingredients are contained in a sealed bag inside the pillowcase.

When using the weighted eye pillow, you can first place it on your forehead (at the height of your third eye) before sliding it completely over your eyes. You can then distribute the weight evenly or place more on your third eye or more on your eyes themselves. Feel where your need lies at that moment. Your senses will take over as you smell the wonderfully relaxing scent and feel the soothing weight on your eyes. You will relax a little more with each breath!
