When using the weighted eye pillow, you can first place it on your forehead (at the height of your third eye) before sliding it completely over your eyes. You can then distribute the weight nicely, either more on your third eye or more on your eyes themselves. Feel for yourself where your needs lie at that moment. Your senses will take over as you smell the wonderfully relaxing scent and feel the relaxing weight on your eyes. You will relax a little more with each breath!
