When using the weighted eye pillow, you can first place it on your forehead (at the level of your third eye) and then slide it fully over your eyes. You can then distribute the weight evenly or concentrate it more on your third eye or more on your eyes themselves. Feel for yourself what you need at that moment. Your senses will take over as you smell the wonderful relaxing scent and feel the relaxing weight on your eyes. You will relax a little more with each breath!
